Ann Laemmle is a corporate lawyer with broad global capital markets and other financing and transactional experience and expertise in securities law, disclosure, corporate governance, regulatory and risk management matters. Prior to joining Berger Legal, Ann was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, advising on treasury, regulatory, corporate governance and disclosure matters in New York and Zurich. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, she was a corporate associate in the New York, London and Hong Kong offices of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP. Ann received her J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law. Ann is licensed to practice law in New York.
