Caroline A. Boulanger profile

Caroline Boulanger brings extensive experience in the areas of global data protection and cybersecurity, intellectual property strategy and transactions, technology development and acquisition, marketing and advertising law, and general corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining Berger Legal, Caroline served as a Vice President of Legal at Hasbro, where she established and led Hasbro’s Global Data Privacy Program and led legal support for Hasbro’s global product design and development organization. Prior to Hasbro, Caroline served as Assistant General Counsel at Clarivate (formerly Decision Resources Group) and was a corporate associate at Ropes & Gray LLP. Caroline has a B.S. in Finance and Business Administration from Boston University (summa cum laude) and received her law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (Order of the Coif, summa cum laude). Caroline is licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
