Diane Bunt practices in the fields of general corporate law, securities law, corporate governance, compliance, commercial law and contracts. Diane spent eight years in-house as Senior Associate General Counsel to Sequa Corporation, where she was responsible for securities and general compliance matters, corporate governance, and contracts and was corporate secretary to the Sequa Board of Directors. Prior to joining Sequa, she was a corporate associate at the law firm of Chadbourne & Parke (now Norton Rose Fulbright), including a secondment to the legal department of American Brands (now Fortune Brands). Diane graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School, where she was the Administrative Editor of the UCC Reporter-Digest. She received her B.A. from Stony Brook University. Diane is admitted to practice law in New York.
