Harold A. Neu practices corporate law, with a focus on advising alternative asset managers in all aspects of their businesses. Prior to Berger Legal, Harold served as a Managing Director, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer to Miller Buckfire & Co., LLC, and General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to several alternative asset management firms. Prior to that, he was an attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton focusing on Merger & Acquisitions and Securities Law. Harold served as a judicial clerk to Judge Juan Torruella, United States Court of Appeals, 1st Circuit. Harold received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a Senior Editor of the Columbia Law Journal. and his B.A. from Yale University. Harold is licensed to practice law in New York.
