Katie Rock is a transactional attorney with a practice emphasis on commercial contracts, including the structuring, drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of agreements for technology startups and private equity firms. In addition, she has experience in business formation, corporate compliance and white collar investigations. She has also dedicated time to pro bono representation of asylees and practiced human rights law with the World Health Organization in Latin America. Katie began her legal career at Latham & Watkins in Washington, DC. She earned her law degree from the University of Michigan in 2007 and graduated magna cum laude from Gonzaga University in 2003. She is licensed to practice law in California.
