Johanna Anders is a Senior Compliance Professional at Berger Legal and has over 15 years of experience in advertising, sales literature, communications and e-Commerce compliance issues. Previously, Ms. Anders has served in various senior compliance officer roles, including Head of Marketing Compliance at USAA and Head of the Sales & Marketing Compliance division of Morgan Stanley and Van Kampen. She is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals and the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board's Professional Qualifications Advisory Committee.
