Jennifer Rackoff practices in the fields of intellectual property licensing and technology transactions and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Berger Legal, Ms. Rackoff was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she handled both complex intellectual property transactions and litigation for a wide range of clients. Her practice also included counseling clients on the selection, clearance, maintenance, prosecution and enforcement of trademarks. Ms. Rackoff received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law, cum laude, in 1999, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham Moot Court Board and a member of the Fordham Law Review. She received her B.S. in Communication from Cornell University, with distinction, in 1996. Ms. Rackoff lives in Chappaqua, New York with her husband and two children.
