Elissa Davis practices in the fields of general corporate law, commercial and residential real estate law, mergers & acquisitions and franchising. She previously worked as an associate at Proskauer Rose. Ms. Davis also worked at Battle Fowler (now Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison). Ms. Davis began her career as a law clerk to current U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor when Justice Sotomayor was a district court judge in the Southern District of New York. She earned her law degree in 1993 from Cardozo Law School, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of The New Europe Law Review. She received her B.A., in political science, from New York University in 1990, graduating with distinction in all subjects. Ms. Davis lives in Bedford, New York. In her free time, she is a dedicated ice hockey and gymnastics mom.
