Tracey Diamond practices in the area of employment law, human resources counseling, commercial transactions and litigation. She also serves as Adjunct Professor of Law at Drexel University Earl Mack College of Law in Philadelphia. Prior to joining Berger Legal, Ms. Diamond was General Counsel of America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, a national retail optical company. Her previous role at America's Best included overseeing the company's employment law matters, negotiating commercial contracts and managing the litigation docket. Ms. Diamond served as a law clerk for a federal judge in the Southern District of New York, and also worked previously at several New York City firms, including Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler and Squadron, Ellenoff, Plesent & Lehrer. Ms. Diamond earned her law degree in 1992 from Columbia University School of Law, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar and Articles Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. She received her B.S., magna cum laude, from Tufts University in 1988. Ms. Diamond is admitted to the bars of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In her free time, Tracey can be found jumping on the trampoline and playing hide-and-seek with her three children.
