Jennifer Rose has a general corporate practice, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, securities, banking and business formation. She previously worked at Richards & O'Neill (now Bingham McCutchin) and Rogers & Wells (now Clifford Chance). Ms. Rose earned her law degree in 1996 from New York University School of Law, where she was Senior Articles Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law. She received her B.A. in government from Cornell University in 1993, graduating with distinction in all subjects. Ms. Rose lives in Chappaqua, New York with her husband and her three meticulous, perfectly behaved children.
