Suzie Scanlon practices in the field of commercial transactions and licensing in the technology industry. Prior to joining Berger Legal, Ms. Scanlon worked at the law firms Sullivan & Cromwell and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. She also worked at the National Association of Securities Dealers. Ms. Scanlon earned her law degree in 1995 from Fordham Law School, where she was second in her class and the Annual Survey Editor of the Fordham Law Review. Ms. Scanlon also received the American Jurisprudence Award for Torts and Criminal Law. She received her B.A. in medieval studies from Sarah Lawrence College in 1992. Ms. Scanlon serves as a community volunteer in Ridgefield, Connecticut when she is not negotiating contracts.
