Andrew Wisch profile

Andrew Wisch is a commercial attorney with over 15 years of experience. He has worked for a number of large firms, including Latham & Watkins and Vinson & Elkins, where he represented clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, private equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
