Elisabeth Duncan practices corporate law, with a particular expertise in representing both funds and investors in global private equity (including venture capital and start up) funds and alternative investment funds and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Berger Legal, Eisabeth was a Managing Director at Societe General where she was responsible for in-house corporate legal work in the United States, including advising the M&A, Private Equity and Investment Banking departments. Previously, she was a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York City. Elisabeth received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law School, where she was Articles Editor of The Law Journal, and her B.A. from Brown University. Elisabeth is licensed to practice law in New York.
