Jennifer Rose is a corporate lawyer, with a practice emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property-based transactions, limited liability company law, and other business formation and governance. In addition, she has significant experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating the documentation for a wide variety of commercial transactions. She previously worked at Richards & O’Neill (now Bingham McCutchin) and Rogers & Wells (now Clifford Chance). Ms. Rose earned her law degree in 1996 from New York University School of Law, where she was Senior Articles Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law. She received her B.A. in Government from Cornell University in 1993, graduating with Distinction in All Subjects. Jennifer is licensed to practice law in New York.
