The firm supports its clients with their employment and human resources needs. Our attorneys negotiate employment and non-solicitation agreements, draft employee handbooks and provide counseling on a variety of employment issues. We have been retained to conduct internal investigations, participate in administrative agency proceedings, and conducts harassment training programs for clients. The firm also regularly counsels corporate clients on the protection of trade secrets and the establishment and implementation of appropriate confidentiality procedures.
