Avrum Aaron practices in the fields of corporate formation, trademarks, employment, tax planning, commercial contracts, privacy, and shareholder, partnership, and licensing agreements. Avrum previously served as General Counsel of Cupron, Inc. and RankAbove, Ltd. From 2019-2023 Avrum worked asa playbook builder and legal relationship manager in the LegalTech Artificial Intelligence company, Lawgeex. Avrum received his B.A. degree in Philosophy from Yeshiva College in 1991, received his J.D. degree from Columbia University Law School in 1994, and his LLM in Tax from New York University in 1998. Avrum is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Israel.
