Bianca Lee is a corporate lawyer with a practice emphasis on leveraged financings, including acquisition financings, syndicated loan financings, and secured and unsecured high-yield notes offerings. She previously worked as an associate at Paul Hastings, where she represented financial institutions and borrowers in a broad variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Bianca received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto and her law degree from New York University School of Law, where she was a Staff Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law. Bianca is licensed to practice law in New York.
