Eric Harris practices in the fields compliance, ethics, and antitrust, with experience in international commercial contract. Eric previously was the Senior Counsel for Global Ethics, Compliance, and Investigations at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. At Westinghouse, Eric developed the Compliance Program, including drafting all policies and procedures; overseeing and conducting investigations into alleged bribery, corruption, executive malfeasance, general ethical violations, sexual harassment, and discrimination; conducting diligence reviews of potential third party agents; performing annual risk assessments; and developing and delivering annual live trainings to over 4,000 employees across the globe. Prior to joining Westinghouse, Eric performed the same types of services for Fortune 50-500 clients of K&L Gates LLP spanning across five continents. Eric received his B.A. degrees in Chemistry and Philosophy from Washington & Jefferson College in 2001, received his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2005, and his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh School of Business in 2018. Eric is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
