Ingrid Dreimann practices in the fields of general corporate law and contracts, with a focus on Intellectual Property licensing, SaaS agreements, ecommerce and digital exchange platforms. Ingrid spent twenty-two years as Deputy Chief Counsel for NielsenIQ (formerly the Nielsen Company), based at various times in New York, the UK and Germany, where she worked closely with senior business teams to develop and implement strategies for turning business information and data into revenue-generating assets. Her many years as a trusted advisor to senior management include negotiating and drafting complex global licensing agreements with retailers, manufacturers of consumer goods, social media platforms and ecommerce retailers, as well as corporate risk management. Prior to joining NielsenIQ, Ingrid was a litigation associate at Richards, Spears, Kibbe & Orbe; and Cravath Swaine & Moore in New York. Ingrid graduated cum laude from the University of Iowa College of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Iowa Law Review. Ingrid is admitted to practice in New York.
