Justina Thomas is a corporate attorney with extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, commercial contracts and corporate governance, for clients ranging from “mom and pop” restaurants to Fortune 500 companies. Justina started her legal career as a corporate associate in the New York offices of LeBoeuf Lamb, followed by Brobeck and then Golenbock Eiseman. Prior to joining Berger Legal, Justina worked as a legal secondee for PIMCO, serving as principal draftsperson and negotiator for its Commercial Contracts team. Justina holds a law degree from Yale Law School, where she served as Editor on the Yale Journal of Law and Feminism, and a B.A. in English from CSU, Northridge. Justina is licensed to practice law in New York.
