Pascale practices in the fields of general corporate law, securities law, corporate governance, commercial law and contracts. She previously worked in-house as Vice President, Legal at Lafayette Square, where she was responsible for securities and general compliance matters, corporate governance, and contracts. Prior to joining Lafayette Square, Pascale was a corporate associate at Cooley and at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, where she spent the majority of her career. Pascale graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was the Articles Editor of the Columbia Journal of Race and Law and the co-chair of the Civil Rights Law Society. She received her B.A. from Emory University. Pascale is admitted to practice law in New York.
