Sari Greenberg is a corporate transactional lawyer with broad experience in commercial transactions, media and technology and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Berger Legal, Sari served as general counsel of a digital media company and spent 15 years as an in-house lawyer at NBC Universal, including two years as Chief Legal Counsel of CNBC, where she was responsible for technology and content licensing, social media, production, programming and talent deals, as well as structuring and negotiating domestic and international joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures. Sari received her J.D. from George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from Tufts University. Sari is licensed to practice law in New York and Washington D.C.
