Molly Vaughan is a corporate lawyer with substantial leveraged finance and transactional experience. She previously worked as a senior associate at Paul Hastings, where she represented financial institutions and borrowers in a broad variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. During her time at Paul Hastings she also was seconded to the legal departments of Goldman Sachs and Societe Generale. Molly received her B.A. from Villanova University and her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she was Senior Editor of the Journal of Business Law. She also received a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School. Molly is licensed to practice law in New York.
