Andrew Wisch profile

Andrew Wisch is a commercial attorney with over 15 years of experience. He has worked for a number of large firms, including Latham & Watkins and Vinson & Elkins, where he represented clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, private equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Andrew has also assisted companies in connection with SEC compliance matters, including, for example, the filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, and represented companies in connection with NYSE and Nasdaq listing requirements. He has also worked in-house for CNBC, where he worked on a broad range of commercial agreements for the cable television news network and its related web and mobile sites. While at CNBC, Andrew was the lead attorney for the business affairs and digital media group where his work focused on the licensing of television programming and other content across various platforms. Previously, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edith H. Jones, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
